How do I redeem my NFT?

A WEN NFT giveaway is exciting right?! Here's how it works:

With every purchase of a plush, you’re guaranteed one of three WEN NFTs, which range in rarity from Common to Legendary. The more purchases you make, the higher your chances of receiving multiple NFTs—though it's not guaranteed that each will be different.

You must wait until you receive the physical plush to claim your NFT. Once you have it, simply scan the QR tag on the plush, and like magic, the NFT will be yours!

Is the NFT soulbound or trade-able?

All three unique NFTs will be trade-able.

What does 'Pre-Order' mean?

The WEN Plush is available for a limited-time on a pre-order model. Pre-order means orders are being taken before the product goes into production. This way we make sure everyone who wants a plush will get one! Here’s how it works:

1. Pre-order Period: Place your orders for the WEN Plush between July 18th and 28th @ midnight.
3. Production: The product is manufactured based on the number of pre-orders. Production is estimated to be completed end of September.
4. Shipping: After production, the plush is shipped directly to you.

When will the product ship?

Our shop is currently in the pre-order phase. We are estimating production will be complete of end of September and shipping will begin shortly after!

What is the return & refund policy?

Due to the limited-edition nature of this product, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

However, if you product arrives damaged please contact us at support@wen.customerdesk.io with images and we will send you a new one.

I entered wrong information in the order. Now what?

Please email us at support@wen.customerdesk.io and provide us with both the incorrect information you used and correct information. We will then update our system and then send you a confirmation.

How do the token-gated discounts work?

Benefit from your holding of $WEN by unlocking exclusive discounts for this plush. Simply connect your wallet on the product page, and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Holders of over 5M $WEN will receive 15% off and 10M $WEN will receive 30% off.
